Diebold (DBD) is recently up $4.00 to $39, after reporting Q4 adjusted EPS $1.40 vs. consensus 84c. Overall option implied volatility of 33 is near its 26-week average of 34. 12-month high,they also raised their dividend last week.

Becton Dickinson (BDX) closed at $76.42 into backing FY12 cont ops EPS $5.60-$5.70 vs. consensus $5.68. Overall option implied volatility of 19 is below its 26-week average of 23.
 
U.S. equities are higher as traders respond to the approval of Greek austerity measures.
 
CBOE Volatility Index-VIX closed at 20.79, 10-day moving average is 18.54, 50-day moving average is 22.09.
