FedEx (FDX) is down $1.48 to $87.88 in the premarket. Q Earnings were slightly above estimates, but FDX seeing FY13 EPS $6.20-$6.60, consensus $7.04. Overall option implied volatility of 24 is below its 26-week average of 27.
 
Dole Food (DOLE) is up $1.01 to $14.71 in the premarket after announcing the sale of its Asian produce businesses for $1.685B. Overall option implied volatility of 55 is above its 26-week average of 50.
 
AMD (AMD) is down 36c to $3.65 in the premarket after announcing its CFO resignation. Overall option implied volatility of 54 is above its 26-week average of 50.

 
CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) closed at 14.59. VIX closed below its 10-day moving average of 15.73 and its 50-day MA of 16.37.
