Hertz Global Holdings (HTZ) is recently down 36c to $15.85 after saying three biggest stocks holders are selling 50M share Spot Secondary priced at $15.80. December call option implied volatility is at 32, January and March is at 41; compared to its 26-week average of 44.

WebMD (WBMD) is recently up $1.70 to $15.55 after the health-information provider unveiled a restructuring plan which includes the reduction of 14% of its workforce. December call option implied volatility is at 51, January is at 55, March is at 51; compared to its 26-week average of 54.

Dollar General (DG) is recently down $3.16 to $43.40 after the discount retailer’s guidance fell short of expectations. December call option implied volatility is at 31, January is at 27; compared to its 26-week average of 27.

CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) is recently down 44c to 15.61. VIX December 15 and 16 puts are active on total option volume of 348K contacts at the CBOE.

S&P 100 Options (OEX) is recently up 6.32 to $651.02 in mid-day trading on German economic optimism and the FOMC starting its two-day meeting.
