January Factory Orders dropped 0.7%, December revised lower.  Traders waiting for President to make a statement within the next 15 minutes.  Option volume active.

Joy Global (JOY) is up $1.61 to $57.40 after the mining equipment maker reported Q1 earnings fell 65% and raised its earnings guidance for the year.  March call option implied volatility is at 27, April is at 24, July is at 25; compared to its 26-week average of 33.

Kroger (KR) is up $0.16 to $43.80 on a Q4 beat and above consensus guidance. March call option implied volatility is at 25, April is at 23, July and October is at 20; compared to its 26-week average of 22.

Ciena (CIEN) is down $0.70 to $24.66 after the telecom-equipment company reported Q2 adjusted EPS 13c, compared to consensus 6c. March call option implied volatility is at 39, April and July is at 38; compared to its 26-week average of 45.
