First Solar (FSLR) is recently up 95c to $69.45 after the manufacturer of solar power equipment and solar energy plants, price target was raised to $87 from $63 at Citigroup.

Utilities SPDR (XLU) is recently up 55c to $41.80, a fresh five-year high. April call option implied volatility is at 38, May is at 39, July is at 41; compared to its 26-week average of 46.

iShares NASDAQ Biotechnology Index (IBB) is recently down $227.19.  Overall option implied volatility of 35 is above its 26-week average of 23 according to Track Data, suggesting large price movement.

Proshares UltraShort Barc 20 Year Treasury ETF (TBT) is recently down 99c to $67.96 on March payrolls rising 195K and unemployment held steady at 6.7%. April call option implied volatility is at 16, May is at 14, June is at 16; compared to its 26-week average of 23.

iPath S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures (VXX) recently up 41c to 41.38.

S&P 100 Options (OEX) recently down $4.16 to $830.40 on U.S. government reporting that employers added 192K jobs in March and hired more in January and February than previously thought.
