Weight Watchers (WTW) is up $2.35 to $22.15 in the premarket after reporting a Q1 profit that beat expectations and raising its fiscal 2014 earnings outlook. May call option implied volatility is at 87, July is at 43, October is at 41; compared to its 26-week average of 43.

Yelp (YELP) is $5.28 to $63.60 after reporting a narrower-than-expected quarterly loss and revenue that beat expectations and also gave a fiscal 2014 revenue outlook that topped current expectations. May weekly call option implied volatility is at 194, June is at 77, August is at 70; compared to its 26-week average of 62.

MasterCard (MA) is up $1.04c to $74.60 in the premarket on Q1 profit increasing 14% on higher revenue as cardholders made more purchases. May weekly call option implied volatility is at 79, May is at 28, June is at 24, July is at 24, October is at 26; compared to its 26-week average of 26.
